Logging in

To log into Stantia, you’ll need your login email address and a password.

When you were invited to create your Stantia user account, you will have been sent an email asking you to create a password. If you’ve not yet received that email, please contact the owner/administrator of your company and ask them to invite you.

You can log in by browsing to https://crm.stantia.com/.

If you can’t remember your password, click the Forgot password link on the login page. This will send you an email asking you to create a new password.

If you can’t remember which email address you used for your login or if you no longer have access to that email address, contact the owner/administrator user for your company. They’ll be able to remind you of your login email address or change it for you by following the instructions below.

For owner / administrator users

If one of your users has forgotten which email address they use for logging in, or no longer has access to that email address, you can help them.

  1. Log in and click Settings > Users in the left menu.

  2. Click Edit next to the relevant user.

  3. Their login email address is displayed.

  4. Remind the user that this is the one they need to log in with, or if they no longer have access to that email address, change it to their new email address and click Save.
