New Tasks & Reminders Feature Now Live

We’re excited to announce the launch of Stantia’s Tasks & Reminders system – a powerful new tool to help you and your team stay organised, stay on track, and never miss a follow-up.

With this flexible new feature, you can create one-off or recurring tasks, assign them to yourself or team members (even multiple users), and set up automated email reminders for upcoming or due actions. Stantia’s recurrence options are designed with brokers in mind, allowing tasks to repeat indefinitely – no forced end date like some other CRM systems.

Tasks can be searched by title, user, date, or status, making it easy to prioritise and manage workloads. You can also view overdue tasks at a glance, ensuring nothing slips through the net.

Key highlights include:

• Assign tasks to yourself or other team members
• Recurring tasks with daily, weekly, monthly, or annual patterns
• Unlimited recurrence unless you choose an end date
• Email reminders before and at the due date/time
• Overdue tasks view for easy catch-up
