We’re excited to announce a new batch of features and improvements to Stantia CRM, built to help brokers and dealers work faster, stay organised, and present their listings more professionally than ever.
Effortlessly create professional, branded PDFs from your boat listings in Stantia with just couple of clicks.
Create as many templates as you need:
Multi‑page full‑spec brochures to send to your customers or to get vendor sign-off
Single‑page window cards to display in your brokerage or dealership
Portrait or landscape orientation
Tailor your templates with custom fonts and colours
Choose which contact details appear in the header
Optionally remove branding for co‑brokerage
Choose your preferred units of measurement – all the conversions happen automagically in the background.
Once your template is ready, simply click Create PDF on a boat, choose your template, and Stantia will generate and download the PDF instantly.
Easily mark contacts as opted in/out for email marketing and export them to CSV for use with platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot, or open in your spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets).
The export includes your contacts’ tags enabling you to upload contacts to the correct list or segment in your mailing provider.
Tasks can now be linked to contacts and boats, giving you a complete view of what needs to be done across your inventory and customer relationships. New Tasks tabs and overdue badges make organisation effortless.
Merging contacts is now significantly faster, and contacts can have multiple primary email addresses, ensuring important communications always reach the right people.
