Acting on feedback from our Stantia customers, we’re delighted to announce some new features which are available now.

There's no need to contact support to import your contacts anymore, you can simply import them using the new self-service upload tool.
This feature is available in Stantia Pro for admin and owner users. Find it under Settings > Contacts > Import contacts. All the "how to" information is available there.
How to import contacts
Go to Settings > Contacts > Import contacts.
Download the Excel template. If you use another spreadsheet app, see the notes below.
Add one contact per row on the “Contacts” sheet, referring to the “Description of fields” sheet for guidance.
Upload the completed Excel file to Stantia.
Using another spreadsheet app
If you use Google Sheets or another app, convert the template, add your data, then save it as an Excel file before uploading it to Stantia.
Organising imported contacts
Give each upload a meaningful name so you can filter contacts by source and work through each imported group easily.
Validation
Before importing, Stantia checks the file format and data. If it finds problems, detailed feedback shows you what to correct.
Add and manage boat notes
You can now add internal use notes to your boat listings. These notes are not published to TheYachtMarket or other portals.
How to access notes
Open a boat using the view icon, then select the new Notes tab.
How notes are organised
Boat notes work just like the notes on contacts: they appear in chronological order, and you can pin important notes to the top.
You can now quickly find contacts that are not assigned to an office/location or sales rep. On the contacts search page, select “unassigned” from the “Office” or “Sales rep” drop-down list to identify records that need this information.
We’ve enhanced the inventory search facility. You can now sort inventory results by make/model, price, year and more.
