New features: Contact temperature and search by temperature, tags and source

We’re excited to share some recent updates to Stantia CRM that make managing your contacts and workflow even smoother.

New: Contact temperature setting

You can now assign a temperature to each contact (hot, warm, or cold) to help prioritise them. You can also search by temperature.

When adding new contacts, simply select their temperature in the Add contact form. For existing contacts, you’ll find this on the contact’s Edit tab.

Existing contacts will default to “Not selected,” so we recommend updating each one as you review them.

Improved contact search

We’ve enhanced the Search Contacts feature to let you filter by:

  • Temperature – how likely a contact is to convert into a sale.

  • Source – where the lead originated (e.g. which marketplace, walk-in, boat show).

  • Tags – such as buyer, seller, owner or your custom tags. You can search by multiple tags using two modes:

    • Match any – returns contacts with at least one of the selected tags.

    • Match all – returns contacts with all the selected tags.
